The way I teach has been greatly influenced by my work with osteopaths, podiatrists and physiotherapists. I tailor each session for the individuals in front of me. Most people I meet have tight shoulders either from the stress of their job or from sitting over a computer. The 6 pilates principles of concentration, centring, control, breathing, precision and flow help to de-stress, release, restore proper movement and strengthen the body.

By looking at posture and correct movement patterns while strengthening the core I will teach you tools to help you deal with back pain.
