Over the past 2 years I have worked with professional golfers to develop my Pilates for Golfers programme.
I have analysed movement patterns and identified the weak areas and the overused areas and used my research to develop a programme. It develops core strength, which is where you will find your power comes from in golf. It uniformly develops back muscles to prevent injury from imbalances and works on strength and mobility in the shoulders, elbows and wrists. This should reduce your handicap. It will make you more aware of what your body is doing so you are able to improve your technique.
Pilates for Golfers is a 121 session lasting 1 hour. I can do this in the Camp Road studio in St Albans or in my home studio in High Cross, Ware at a mutually convenient time.
