I trained with Rachel Rafiefar from The Thoughtful Body. She is an expert in pre and post natal pilates, a doula, and an expert in the NCT. I am a member of The Guild of Pregnancy and Postnatal Exercise Instructors.
Depending on which trimester you are in I can tailor an exercise programme especially for you and your body’s needs. For postnatal women I offer home visits or you are welcome to bring your baby along to a 121 session. We will work on regaining abdominal strength and upper body strength needed for managing the new demands on you.
