I love Arabelle's enthusiasm and encouragement. I do not find exercise easy and others in the class are better than me, but the exercises are carefully structured so that we can all participate at a level appropriate to our own abilities. Other classes I have taken have been repetitive and boring but every one of Arabelle's classes is varied and different. She gives clear instructions that are easy to follow and I have really benefited from her expertise. I would highly recommend Pilates to the Core.
I find the class incredibly helpful - as a sufferer of scoliosis, it helps me improve my posture and strengthen my core. Arabelle attends training sessions to help people with my condition so I feel I'm in very good hands. It is also a great way to stretch out after a week spent in front of the computer so I would recommend this class to anyone.
